Who Can Join?

We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, whether you’re an experienced carer, a former nurse, or someone new to the field but passionate about making a difference. What matters most is that you have a caring heart, are reliable, and possess excellent communication skills. Candidates should be at least 18 years old, and ideally have a driver’s license and access to a car, as driving may be required for some positions. Non-drivers may be considered for walking rounds in certain areas. A DBS check and references are required for all staff.

Positions Available:

Home Care Assistants / Support Workers

Provide essential care to clients in their homes, including personal care and companionship. Flexible hours available.

Live-in Carers

Provide 24-hour care by living with a client in their home for a set period. Requires prior experience in care.

Senior Carers / Field Supervisors

Supervise a team of carers, perform spot checks, write care plans, and support complex visits.

Care Coordinators / Schedulers

Create staff schedules, liaise with clients, and ensure smooth delivery of care.

Nurses (RGN/RMN)

For registered nurses interested in overseeing complex care packages and training staff in clinical tasks.

1st Step

Interview

2nd Step

References and DBS Checks

After your interview, we’ll collect references and conduct a DBS check for safeguarding purposes. This typically takes a couple of weeks, and we’ll keep you updated.

3rd Step

Training and Induction

Once cleared, you’ll attend our one-week induction training, which includes both classroom learning and practical experience with the team.

4th Step

Start Your Journey

After induction, you'll shadow an experienced carer, gain confidence, and take on independent work with ongoing support and feedback.
